QuickCartDelete an account
You can ask Quickgen to delete your QuickCart account, which you use for the QuickCart portal and the QuickCart Setup app.
How to ask
- In the QuickCart Setup app: Account, then Request account deletion.
- Or email support@quickgentech.com from the email address of the account, with the subject "Delete my QuickCart account".
We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, password and sign-in sessions.
- Your access to every store you worked at.
What stays
The stores' own records, such as products, orders and receipts, stay with the store because the store needs them for its accounts. They don't record which staff member handled them.
If you only want to stop working at one store, its owner can remove you under Store settings, Staff, in the portal or the app.
